Tixati (3.11) freezing when deleting a completed file.

Is there anything I can do to stop this happening?
I read that it has something to do with Tixati saving config files?

what OS?
does it happen for every file you delete?
are you deleting large torrents with lots of files?

Windows 10 Home 21H2, running Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10750H CPU @ 2.60GHz and 16GB Ram.
I never used to have this problem before.
It doesn't seem to matter how big the file is.

My laptop is just over 2 years old with a 512GB SSD with 319GB free.

Perhaps with 2 years of use, it is slowing down a bit?
