Transfer Window in focus
Drag file from explorer and pointer icon shows + everywhere as if everywhere is a legal drop zone.

Drop on the Transfer Button, nothing happens.
Drop into the torrent list pane, torrent is created.
Drop onto a category, torrent is created

Expected behavior: pointer icon should be the red slashed circle when the location is not a legal drop zone.
