Would be great if Tixati had an option to disable further announcing attempts on IP Filter blocked trackers. It's such an eye sore to watch Tixati waste effort on retrying those trackers like madman, just to come to the same answer again and again: it's still blocked. In my case, 100% it will stay blocked.
Either add option to Tixati to stop further operations on blocked trackers, or delete them from the trackers list, or both. Whichever is faster for you to implement.
