Creating a theme with a combination of text colors that stands out well from the background, and that is pleasing to the eye as a whole, can be tiresome.
I prefer the dark ones, they are healthier for our eyes. If we take a look at Visual Studio, Eclipse, Sublime Text, notepad++,... are mostly dark themes. But I know that the rest of the torrent clients have light themes.
