I accidentally removed my download listing. The partially downloaded files are still in the download folder, so I can copy the name of each file, paste the name into the search field to find the download link, and once the link is found tixati finds and connects to the partially downloaded files and continues to download the rest of the missing file segments. My problem is that I have nearly 5000 items to process this way. Is there some way to automate or bulk process this type of recovery? Or is there a better way to recover?

If you have not closed the program or removed anything else and it hasn't been that long, press the remove button and select 'Undo Last Remove'.

Much too late for that. I tried restarting from backup start file, but without success. I was able to reload about 350 items using the torrent files I found in the download path, but I still have about 4600 items to recover.
