Proxy Settings: HTTP proxy (debug) "127.0.0.1:8080", unchecked "Use proxy to resolve names"
Test Tracker: "https://tr.bangumi.moe:9696/announce" (just a example，the tracker itself may outage)
While announce to the tracker, debug proxy received a command like this: "CONNECT [2001:bc8:3f5e:103:]:9696". It's wrong, the last colon of IP was lost, right one should be "CONNECT [2001:bc8:3f5e:103::]:9696".
