I'd like to be able to make a list of approved trackers and only allow torrents to use their trackers if they appear on my list.  It would be also helpful if there Tixati let me know if there were no matching trackers.

I think you would limit yourself greatly, but your choice. You can get rid of known bad trackers. I use a fairly large list. Settings/tracker / box 1 add the trackers you want removed before the torrent starts. This does nothing to any up and running torrents.

It is not an approved list but it is an unapproved list.
