There's no explicit cache control like in other clients. The only control knob you have is read-ahead caching, which either uses OS's file caching or one invisible cache inside Tixati: Settings - Files - Read caching for peers. There's STILL no official description of what these do, but based on my observations 2MB/4MB blocks is the best. Depending on your upload speed and amount of free system RAM.
