Help. I can not update my old version 2.81 to 2.86 on my Windows 10. I get an error message "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item". I have full control over this computer since I am the only one who uses it. I have full control as Administrator, System, and User! Can you tell me HOW to get this update. By the way, the version 2.81 was updated from an older version on my windows 10 computer but I had to get a new harddrive on same computer because my old hardrive had stop working. Both are 64-bit. I am using a HP Computer.

Please let me know step by step since I am NOT Computer Savory!!! Thank you for any help you can give me. I use Tixati ALL THE TIME!
