Hi. I want to decrease upload speed to 300KB/s only for one torrent. For other torrents it will be unlimited. So right click on torrent->Bandwidth->Outgoing limit has only 100KB/s. How can I change it to 300?
Bandwidth Management(on the top) changes for all torrents.

just change the top one to what you want or add in a new choice.
