Bug #1: On Windows 10 21H1 Tixati shows Chinese hieroglyphs in the uninstall menu

Bug #2: The uninstaller does not check whether Tixati.exe is locked due to Tixati still running. The result was that tixati.exe remained in Program Files and the uninstall.exe was present too. Does it not delete itself?
