It would be nice to have this option, because sometimes I keep ignoring suspicious peers that connect and wont go beyond 0% so they are not there to share nor receive blocks. Also previous bad piece ignored peers some would like to leave them ignored, so you can at least de-ignore them for test repeating behavior after. Thanks for reading.
