I think is good, Tixati team download all posted translations and host all in a specific area here, or in github, because today users host translations in diferent services and even torrents, so, tomorow this traslations will be unavailable. Or Tixati team can add all this tranlations to Tixati installer or host a separated translation pack zipped.

I think devs can use Weblate to track translations of app, e.g. OpenWRT uses it to translate many Luci apps in different languages.
