Tixati Portable 2.82 abort with no error on Windows 10 64-bit

Launching the 64-bit exe does nothing, the process shows a blank rectangle and aborts. upnp_diagnostic_log.txt is created with size zero.

Thanks for reporting this. A new version will be released very soon and will have this fixed.
