Portable mode broken in version 2.82.

I update tixati to 2.82 today but found the program crashes in portable mode.
My system version is Windows 10.0.21382.1 insider preview. Here is my tixati_crash_report.dat

Thanks for reporting this. A new version will be released very soon and will have this fixed.

I can confirm this. (64bit)

2.81 worked perfectly.
