Since January I've noticed a marked reduction in download speeds, I used to get between 7-10MB downloads on a 100MB line, now I'm reduced to 150KB. I'm running windows 10Pro 64bit PrivatVPN, I've also optimised by bandwidth as per forum I'm also set random incoming ports to one hour. So am I missing something or is my ISP throttling Tixati?
