Workaround
If you get the windows defender Scan Notification open up the securitycenter and set the Pua/Tixati to "do nothing"
this will keep it working
if it has been deleted already reinstall it.
as long you do not set Pua/Tixati to " do Nothing" windows10 will delete any Tixati V2.81 Installation.and/or Block it
