Hi, I have been using TIXATI for years and have never had any problems. When I download the new 2.81.1 version it immediately goes into "not responding" status when I run it. A small panel opens at the top left of the screen as well. The tiny panel seems to be part of the install process.

I tried all the usual things, rebooted,turned of virus protection, tried an older version, etc. No luck.

Anyone have any ideas what could cause this? I have another W10 machine right next to this one and updated to the same level. It has no problem with the install at all.
