It would be great if Tixati would allow us to run a command when an RSS-initiated torrent completes.  This would let us write a script to do things like send an email that a new file's been downloaded. Pass some parameters to the command such as RSS feed name, filename, maybe date, time, etc.  Would be super awesome if you could just add email notification when an RSS downloads a new file.

You can try Settings > Transfers > Files > File completion shell commands. It will work globally though.
