Im using bittorrent or utorrent for now because saving torrent files is very helpful, also it lets me choose the location where I can save torrent files. I do clean install a lot so I have to restore all my downloads every time. Its just easier to restore torrents if the torrent file is saved and can be reloaded.

You can use options in Settings > Transfers > Meta-Info. There are two "Save a torrent file..." settings there to choose from. These functions save torrent file copies but from what I remember they are first loaded to Tixati and then saved, so result may be a little different than original torrent file (but is equivalent - same info hash).
