Hi, I wanted to request this because there are known bad IP which show sometime to report the list for legal issues, such a good example is that German IP that shows with Azureus 2.0.6 client, with several different IP and to establish handshake alone. I know there is an IP filter, but this can become a burden when setting too many lists and this suggestion might be used for unrelated purposes anyway. Thank you.
