I just installed Tixati today, but haven't really gotten started with it. I've been using uTorrent 2.2.1 for years, wanted to try something new.
Problem:
I still want to use uTorrent for most things until I get Tixati figured out. When installing on Windows 7, I very definitely deselected the check boxes for associating .torrent files and magnet links with Tixati. But now, when I attempt to download either from a web site, Tixati grabs it.
I've found the options for checking associations (Options > Shell Integration > Check On Startup) and have disabled them, but can't find an option to undo the file associations themselves.
Looking at it again, I think it may have only been magnet links that were incorrectly associated with Tixati during installation.
I was able to easily switch the association back from within uTorrent. But it would be good to be able to change them in Tixati if I decided to use it as my default client. (And it would be good to fix the Windows installer.)
