After completing a download Tixati just wont seed even though it says "Seeding".

Nothing is going out in the B/s OUT, and the time just says ?:??

I have tried using Super seeding, and constant seeding which did not help.

I tried setting Outgoing peer to TCP > UDP

Setting the maximum peer connection per download / seed to 200 did not help either.

WTF am i doing wrong? i cant properly seed any torrent. This happens on every torrent i download

what OS and what version of tixati?
how exactly is it not seeding?
are there others in the swarm that are incomplete and not downloading from you?
are you seeing an error anywhere?  
what is the status of the peers in the peers tab?
