i' m trying to change the seeding ratio limit as you can see above but when i hit enter it changes to 100, any solution or other way to change it manually? is it possible a bug.

what OS and what version of tixati?
do any of the other start/stop settings refuse to be changed like the upload ratio limit?

both are up to date

yes other limits have the same behavior

This should work properly now in version 2.77.

This problem was happening mainly on systems with the comma for a decimal, and the point as a thousands separator.
