I was running Tixati 2.74-1 on Debian linux, however it keeps dropping connections to the proxy server I'm using. I'm also on a vpn and all previous versions work with no dropping issues, when connected to the proxy server. I've open a port on my router firewall for a specific tcp/udp port, as unpnp is not supported by my router. I've removed ver 2.74-1 and am now running 2.73-1 and the connection issues have disappeared. Overall Tixati is a really superb torrent program.

I'm marking this issue as solved. I reinstalled ver 2.74-1 made sure outgoing connections were tcp only, and most importantly...Changed to a different server provided by my VPN...and all is now working correctly....
