Hi,
Since I renewed my subscription (for two years) to PIA a few days ago ( 3rd August 2020) my Downloader Tixati (2.74) Has shown the items I enter as “Downloading” but never finds any links or starts downloads.
Before renewing PIA Taxati was working fine.
It appears that Taxati is having a proxy authorisation failure 49684. It will not even link to internet to “update”

Can you suggest anything to help?.

It sounds like your proxy credentials changed or typo? You should contact your VPN provider or double check the password/username you entered because this most likely isn't an issue with Tixati.
