unable to install

i've dl'd the program but when i try to install i get error msg, windows cannot find install.exe

Here are links to the 32 and 64 bit versions of Tixati:
https://download1.tixati.com/download/tixati-2.74-1.win64-install.exe
https://download1.tixati.com/download/tixati-2.74-1.win32-install.exe
download from one of the links and install. you shouldn't have any trouble installing the program.
