After a Win7 System Restore, torrent files made since the last restore operation
are broken.  Win7 tells us that 'your files will not be altered."  Is there a reason why torrent files are affected?  And if a file export is done more recently, will an
import of that retrieve broken torrent files?

Previously I was able to download the missing data to myself from the swarm but
my torrents tend to have low seeders and the latest had retained no seeds.

Rather than mess with an import (since I don't know the behavior of that) I'll
have to take down the broken torrent.

What is the adivice or problem with running a Win7 restore?
