I did all the calculations and ended up changing maximum KB/s to 766KB/s in the relevant part of Bandwith. My incoming speed was then about 400KB/s which I didn’t think was great. An an experiment, I then lowered Maximum KB/s from 766 to 600 and then 500, eventually going down to 150. My incoming speed improved each time and is now around 1.2MB/s. So I have 2 questions.....1) Have I done everything by the book? 2) Could I lower my Maximum KB/s even further, to say 100 or 50 or 0!, if incoming speed increases further. I have optimised my speed by doing all the other recommendations/checks. Thanks
