After starting Tixati 2.73 everything is ok. Down and up speeds are fully utilized. But after some time upload speed will fall from 500k to hundreds of bytes, memory usage will grow to over 2 GB (even with only 2 active torrents). Download speeds fall to almost zero too, with sporadic spurts of few mb/s.

Restarting pc fixes the problem for a variable amount of time and then it's back.

I'd be very grateful for any suggestions.

what OS?

look at the memory diagnostic graphs. maybe post them here.

do you have antivirus and/or file logging going on?

was the memory high on previous versions of tixati?

I started at 2.73.

antivirus software can make your memory grow and make it look like the culprit is tixati, but it is NOT. the antivirus is probably tacking on crap while you download.

the graphs are in the help menu under 'Diagnostics'.
