Can't Download Anything

I've already made sure that the port is forwarded and my firewall isn't blocking it. I checked if the port was open on canyouseeme.org and it was so I changed the port in Tixati settings then forwarded to the new port and that didn't work. Nothing seems to be wrong in Tixati, on the home page there are no errors and the DHT is running. I've spent nearly 2 hours trying to fix this and have no idea what's wrong so if you need any extra info just ask.
