When Tixati launches it does a light check to make sure the files are correct. It takes a little while with many files & torrents. The current sorting order is approximately the same when you sort by the column 'Progress'

I suggest torrents to be scanned and initialized in the order of last activity. This way Tixati will first load up recently active/most active torrents and decrease time it takes to saturate bandwidth after startup.

PS: As a note, my simultaneous DHT search setting is somewhat restricted. It's set to 16 for 600 active torrents. Time to 100% bandwidth is approximately 15 minutes with the current approach. I understand the implications still the proposal will improve the general case.
