1) is there a way to have every dl in a category or rss dl to start as constant seed?
2) is it possible to have option to turn off constant seed when reaching a set ratio? the current option stops the seeding, but i just want it to not be constant anymore.
3) could there be limits on seeding time and not just ratio?

you can already do option 1.

option 2 and 3 are good ones.
