I have Download slots 1 and upload slots 1. No recycle no Auto manage.

But i see 4 (four) downloads happening and 4 was my previous settings for download slots.

Apparently something is not working right or i miss something?

were the 4 torrents running before and after you changed the queue numbers?

you must stop and then start the torrents for the new numbers to take affect.

the program will not stop torrents already going just because you turned down the numbers.

Thanks, i understand this. A rather strange way for a queue to work, i mean return to the previous state and not actually follow the rules.

Anyways, Tixati is the best out there, so i will have to live with that ....
