is there a way to automate the remote seed limit setting for new added torrents?
It's really annoying to do it manually for every new torrent.

Try using Categories. You can set a remote seed limit for a category and apply the category manually on torrent load screen. You can also set some criteria to add category automatically on "Capture" tab (category's properties).
