I use Tixati to download some files,but I found "error creating directory access denied another program may have...".
I try to change folder, reinstall, still happen. Then I finally thought about Obit Uninstaller is monitering...
then I stop Uninstaller, Tixati works again.
I just wonder how can I do without "Stop" Uninstaller and keep Tixati working?
