I love the move file after finishing the download but i'd like to propose a "copy to" feature with several options as well. like

copy to and keep both files and
copy to and after finishing seeding delete local (copy from) file
copy to and after finishing seeding delete local (copy to) file
copy to and after finishing seeding delete both files

In my special case only option 1 and 2 would make sense.

For clarification, love the shutdown option but what is the difference between transfer and download ? My guess it is ratio related but which is which ?

And I have an open torrent (that nasty 98.xx % finished ones but hope dies slowly) - if I leave that active I cannot use the shutdown feature at all.

The shutdown option for downloads turns off your computer when its done downloading. If I remember correctly, the transfer option is for when it reaches the seed ratio limit you have set (if any). You can also set a shutdown time that ignores if the torrents finished downloading. See: https://ibb.co/7bSBqCb
