My Paranoia Anti-Sequential Blacklist:

-LT*
-qB*
-BC*
-DE*
-WW*

libtorrent, qbitorrent, bitcomet,deluge, webtorrent

Guest, blocking any client that use/support sequential download does more harm than good. The only client I currently recommend you block is Xunlei. No offense, but you seem like one of those people that think ip filters / blocklists are useful. Another example of something that actually does more harm than good. You're free to block whatever clients you want, but me and other people were letting you know how that could negatively affect your downloads and uploads.

This feature can be enhanced with more conditions, as country, ip, port, for example:

"Transmission" from China and port 65000, is a mask of the Offline Downloader, a leecher client, is good also option to block "Unknown" IDs.
