I often find myself in a situation where I only need to download a subset of multiple files, that process would be much easier if I could toggle on/off download using the spacebar (and the arrow keys) instead of having to click the x-button. This feature should also be available in the files pane on the transfer tab (and possibly on the files tab under properties for individual transfers).

You can do this like with any file explorer:
1) Select many files (items) as per usual with Shift/Ctrl+Left Click
2) Right-click any selected file > Priority > Off
3) All selected files change to the given priority
