With torrents that have hundreds of files I may only want to download a few of them.

Is there a quick method of selecting only the files I require without having to uncheck every single file I don't want?

Select files (Ctrl+A - select all) and set their priority to Off using context menu. On Load transfer screen you can use buttons: Select All, Off.
