I am trying to download a torrent which has more leeches than seeds. When I open the peer tab then I see many idle seeders and peers with red IN and red OUT the only thing that are green are LI and LC.Is there something I can do about that? Why they are like that? I am downloading on TCP with my university network is it because of it?
