Limit Outgoing connection not working

If i limit my outgoing connection even to 50KB it still goes up to 250KB+
Tixati says it is limited to 50KB but Networx and NetTraffic software reports 250KB+

Are you sure you are reading it right?
Tixati uses kBYTES/sec for bandwidth limit.
Many monitoring apps use kbits/sec.
50kB/s = 400kb/s
