On this problem, peers show not being able to connect at all on newly created
torrents with a new index.  In other words, what few torrents I have going
from years back are functioning but newly made torrents show no activity
with inability to connect.  I'm talking about only two posted.  Would a return to 2.61 correct this?

Just now I have some hardware problems so I don't want to mess with my
content files.  But I would like to know if other similar problems have
surfaced for others.

I reinstalled an older version.  The problem persists.
Could the Create a torrent program have changed in 2.63?
I will try a torrent create in the older version and see if that gets established.

In this thread question I'm seeking help with Tixati settings.  I don't know if I need a new question.  Recently I had a 'flooding" complaint at an index.  I did not know what they were talking about.  Looking up some posts from a torrent news site I saw that Flooding was a problem that affected Utorrent some time back.

On my current index peers cannot connect to my shares.

Would changing the IPv settings or some such stop the bottleneck?

Adding in torrents from other sites via a search tool works fine.  But my
content is not accessible to peers at my uploads.

 I can remake this question as a subject if needed.

This problem I'll close since the index site told me they only take
magnet links.  I've posted a specific question on that.
