So i have my machine set to backup files every night, if a torrent completes while a particular file in that torrent is being backed up the move on that file gets stuck, causing all other finished files to be stuck in waiting to move status. If I manually go in and select cancel move on the stuck file and move it manually the next morning all the other files finish just fine.
