The current Export function allows exporting all settings or none of them. Additionally, it is difficult to remove the "locations" settings from the backup file or at least edit it to use relative or system variable paths rather than explicit paths.

There is no way to make a "portable" Tixati Config.

If I remember correctly you can use Tixati Portable directory as default download location, Tixati should use relative paths then. I haven't tested it yet.
