Tixati should never require a Force Check for any file marked as do not download.

After a torrent download has been completed, Tixati should not copy files marked as do not download.

Force check function checks integrity of pieces, not files. A piece may contain more than one file. It is inherent part of Bittorrent protocol, there's no way around it.
