I know I have an option to directly limit the upload of peers. But I was wondering if have an option to automatically limit the upload of the peers individually by the rate. My problem is there are some peers who just suck. Example:
Peer 01  "Bytes In=1M" and "Bytes Out=1M"; Rate: 1/1= OK
Peer 02  "Bytes In=4M" and "Bytes Out=3M"; Rate: 4/3= OK
Peer 03  "Bytes In=0--" and "Bytes Out=1Gb++". Rate: just suck.. How limit this peer (like rate)?
