How enable in Tixati Peer Host Resolve, like all other clients like qbittorrent or utorrent do automatically?

Peer Host Resolve is a feature which does reverse DNS lookups for every peer of yours, effectively broadcasting your peer connections. I can't imagine why you would want it in a torrent client.
