I am brand hammer new to this program and know nothing about it. Can someone help me? I have a few files in my home screen. The top file says Prompting user and the other files say waiting to prompt user. Nothing else is happening and every time I click anything on the screen my computer "dings" at me as if its an error or like there should be an error message popping up but there is nothing. I can't click anything, I can't get out of the screen... any ideas?????

I had the same problem and found this page when I did a web search for it. The solution is this: right-click on the tixati icon on the bottom right of your screen. Then click on 'reset windows' and it should work again.
