not all "serious" programs use bug tracker.
The DEVteam is VERY serious about their work.
They've been at it for two decades now.
Very few programmers are so committed to writing and maintaining a series of programs for such a long period of time.
These forums and the devteam's feedback email have served them well. Perhaps there could be some benefits from a more formal bug tracking system, but please do not insult the DEVteam regardless.
